We figure life would be better if you liked the things that were good for you and disliked the things that weren't.

We also think it's possible to intentionally develop these likes and dislikes through repeated self-reflection.

  1. Choose something you want to nurture.
  2. Periodically open the app and read your nurture statement ("ie. I like eating healthy")
  3. Click the face that best represents how true it feels
  4. Repeat and watch your progress grow.

Why Nurture?

I believe it's possible to nurture an appreciation (or dislike) for something, by choice. The goal of nurture is to provide a prompt for self-reflection toward your goal, as well as visual feedback to track your progress.

If you say "I like vegetables" enough times, maybe you'll start to believe it.
