1. Applicants shall submit genuine and correct personal information; otherwise the appointment will not be processed.
2. Before making appointments, applicants shall thoroughly read the instruction for visa and residence procedures; ineligible appointments will not be accepted.
3. Applicants shall bring the required ID and relevant supporting materials to the appointment window at the appointment time to apply for the exit and entry documents. For example: A certificate of approval for exiting the country is required for applicants registered as government employees. The certificates should be issued by their affiliated governmental organs or superior authorities in accordance with personnel management regulations.
4. A repeated appointment will not be accepted before a successful appoinment is attended to. If the applicant cannot attend the appointment, or there is any change in time or location, the applicant shall cancel the original appointment and make a new one.
